Special tools which provide application of some medications over the penis via the skin by using direct current have been developed instead of these injections which are very painful and successful results have been reported.
Surgery should be done in delayed cases. There are different surgery techniques.
The main objective is not to shorten the size of the penis and make a penis preserving erectile function properly as a cosmetic look.
